  • Nice, decently priced burger and shakes joint in the Cosmo. Ordered a Rising Sun burger, medium with steak fries. First plus, it came out promptly, second plus, it was truly medium - pink and juicy. There could have been more yam crisps, and the burger was just on this side of salty, but the tempura avocado and awesomeness that was the steak fries made up for those demerits. As others have mentioned, truffle oil popcorn is served for the table - a classy touch on a "plain" snack. There're several dessert options in addition to the shakes, but the "lollipops" one we tried was just good vs great. I'd follow the suggestion from the restaurant's title and stick to the shakes (the strawberry cheesecake w/absolut was my fave of the ones we tried).
