  • Nick is a very nice guy. He spent a lot of time with us. He was suppose to come out on Sat but never showed. I thought maybe I said Mon. Again no show. I called him Monday evening and he didn't really know who I was until I reminded him then he said he forgot and apologized!! He then wanted to come in the evening when its getting dark. He finally agreed on Thur at 8:30 am. We'll see. I will increase his STARS depending on how this works out. Definitely needs to get a planner or set a reminder or something. No communication an ruin a business. I've noticed with the others they have had the same problems.
