I'm visiting my son and family from NC. We passed by Bob's on Saturday night and saw the meats in the case which was all lit up from the highway. Being from the midwest, I was really intrigued. Went back on Tuesday and what an impressive place.I just wanted to try everything. Picked out several different steaks (T-Bones, Ribeye, Filet Mignon) to grill. The gentleman who helped us through the process of choosing the meats was so very patient and knowledgeable of all the products. OMG, the meats were so buttery (which is so hard to find even in an upscale restaurant) and tender. Even my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, who doesn't like beef, kept coming back for more. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
