  • I've called Bulwark 3 times in the past month to get a Termite inspection for a tenant who says they've found termite tubes on the property. All three times, you call them and they don't make an appointment, they take your telephone number and and name and tell you the termite specialist will call you to schedule a time and to give any needed information. The last two times, I've told them I called prior, only to have them again, not call me back. I gave the tenant's name and number as well - they never called him either. They stated they left an message for the termite specialist that it was "really important to call since I called prior," and that didn't work either. A month has gone by. 3 strikes - you're out.
