  • Staff is very incompetent they do not know what they are doing any time you call the office for service it gets misplaced or they just plain forget I'm going on 3 weeks and a half without a shower you do to their maintenance guys not being able to repair it Rent is$ 818.00 Plus $60 to$ 80.00 for sewer water and trash Plus $10.00 for rentals insurance Apartment was flooded due to the repair work done by the maintenance guys and instead of having Restoration got company do a dry out they send out a carpet cleaning company to suck the water out apartment smells like mold and moisture I do not recommend this place at all
