  • This review is covers several interactions with different employees at this location over the course of 2 months that were in my opinion were top notch! #1 Needed a car battery for my hybrid vehicle (which when we bought the car we were told there was only 1 hybrid battery when in fact there are 2 one of which being a regular car battery (that I later found out was in the trunk). Called this location to inquire about the particular battery (AGM) I needed and they didn't have it but said they could have it in store by the next day; however they would not be able to install it as their system said that it was a difficult install. So my husband called the car dealership which the cost was $400 for the battery plus installation and warranty was limited. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. I called the store back and thanked them for their help but it would be too much of a hassle to change the battery our selves and that we were going to the dealership. She was curious what they were charging; I told her and said that isn't even a AGM battery its the cheaper one that doesn't last as long. She proceeded to tell me to take a picture to see how the battery was installed and depending they might be able to do it! So I emailed a picture to her and the rest is history! How awesome that we paid more than HALF the price the dealership was going to charge and we got the battery that will last longer with a longer warranty! I will always come here for my car batteries! Great quick service installing the battery! #2 A week later we needed another car battery and went straight down to replace it. Same quick service. Price was what we would have paid at Sam's Club or Costco #3 I needed a receipt reprinted in order to mail in a rebate cause I had lost it. Well since it was a product that they warranty it was in the system and they were able to print it out for me. Another great service I found out about while I was there was that they change watch batteries I think it was $9 but for $15 you can get it replaced for the life of the watch at any Batteries Plus Bulbs store!
