  • Horrible experience today. First, they weren't open when I got there at a few minutes before 9. Surprising since this a very busy office area. When I checked out a guy named Mike waited on me. I commented about the opening time, knowing feedback is good and maybe they would want to know they have customers who would appreciate earlier hours. I got a smart @$$ answer "We open at the same time every day." I finished my transaction and was handed my reciept. Two papers printed I was only given one. Was the second a coupon? A rebate form? I did buy ink. Whatever it was, he tore it off, crumbled it up, and threw it away. I guess I don't need that! Overall rude and unwelcoming.
