| - I would give 0 star if I could. I have been living here for over 5 months now. I didn't dislike it in the beginning, but the longer I live here, the more I hate it.
-The side gate is always broken and wide open at night which creates huge safety issues. The west side gate has been broken since 10/27/2017, and today is 11/03/2017. It hasn't been fixed yet.
- On 10/31/2017, at around 11:50 PM, my dog started barking very loudly, and I could hear someone outside of my bedroom on my porch.
- I once saw a LV metro police car driving around the property as if they were searching for someone
- This property is extremely dirty. Dog wastes are everywhere, and garbage is everywhere on the ground
- Garbage bins are always full and they smell very bad.
- I can smell weed almost every night when I walk my dog.
- I always felt being watched when I walked the dog. A few people would stand on their porch watching me while I was walking my dog and when I stared back, they would instantly hide, which created a very strange feeling.
- The pool is always full of loud teens, and some of them don't even live in this community
-I submitted a message regarding the safety and cleanness concerns, but haven't received any responses yet.
- Maintenance request was responded very slowly and I had to call back to ask them to come again.
- I received an email short notice on 11/02/2017 which notified me the water would be out on 11/03/2017 from 9am to 4pm. However, it is now 9:07pm, and I still don't have water. It has been over 12 hours without running water, and it is Friday night. This really makes me angry and frustrated. I believe this property has already violated Nevada state health code, and it is certainly unacceptable. I called the front office at around 5:30pm to ask about the water status, and was told the plumbers ran into some issues and they were still working on it. At about 8pm, I called again, but of course nobody was in the office at that time. I followed the instruction on their phone to press button 3 for after hour emergency assistance, but it directed me to another apartment complex instead. This property is very irresponsible and failed to provide the tenants a healthy living environment.
- There were 3 incidents that dogs were off lease and ran towards to my dog while I was walking her.
- People stole packages that were left by the door.
- I saw a very young boy driving a lime green dodge car, racing through the property multiple times( according to front office staff, the boy was only 13).
- The front office staff was ok. I never had any problem with them in person, but they were not very responsive on issues I raised. Communication was not very effective.
This community feels very low-lass to me in general, and I don't think it is the best place to live. I certainly won't recommend this place to anybody especially people with young children.
