Went to their website to get their phone number to schedule a service appointment. I noticed they had a feature on their website which allows you to schedule a service appointment. Filled out all the info, name, phone number, email, date and time of appointment, etc. and sent the request. No confirmation email, no phone call, nothing confirming an appointment or if they even got it.
Tried calling the dealership service Dept. And you get this automated phone menu that takes you in circles before it finally transfers you to service Dept. They didn't answer the phone for two days and asks you to leave a message for them. Finally get through to a human being after two days and they tell me the website feature to make a service appointment is not working properly and a girl that only works certain days of the week is supposed to check for online service requests and confirm appointments. Why have this feature if it doesn't work and gives customers the false idea that their request has been received??? Then they tell me they can't get me in for two weeks.
This service Dept. Is the most grab-ass operation I have ever seen. If it took this much grief just to try and make an appointment, I highly doubt the customer experience is going to improve when I get there to have service work done. This business model is seriously flawed. People have been making appointments for auto service for a hundred years and this place hasn't figured out how to carry out this basic task. It doesn't sound like other people on here have had much better luck either.
