  • Sadly, I think Yelp has let me down on here. I was quite disappointed with this place. I was in the area and excited to try this place out since it was highly rated. But just like some fellow Yelpers, I was really let down. The seating area (indoor and out) at the restaurant are quite nice. The crowd also seemed like they knew the place was a good locale. There is also a reasonably wide selection of wines, but not as many as I would expect from a place that has wine in their name. The service was okay, but not amazing as some reviewers claim. These are the reasons my rating is 2.5 stars. I will give zero stars for the food because it really was just awful. Maybe it was the chef or cooks that night, but everything that we ordered seemed like it was frozen food that had random spices thrown on them to make them look fancy. The flavor was lacking in their calamari, fries, pasta, etc. Did I already say I was disappointed? I do want to give 5th and Wine another chance, but with the unappetizing food we were given and the steep prices, I don't know if I will.
