  • The service I received from a new staff member, Yulia, was fantastic. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions and didn't try to rush me into my purchase. She was focused on making sure I chose the right product for my knee and was very friendly as well. There are some people who know how to treat a customer and she's definitely one of them!! On a side note, some of the other staff seemed a bit cold and snobby, however Yulia made my experience here a very positive one! Thus the 5 stars!
