  • After 8 years, hubby and I needed new furniture. After stopping at places like Levin and other discount stores, La-Z-Boy is where it's at! I could not have asked for better service. From the time we were greeted at the door, to the time we left (about 2 hours) we were catered and listened to from beginning to end. I gave the gentleman who was our "designer" our dimensions of our family room, what I was looking for, color scheme, EVERYTHING. He made model after model until the perfect unit was made. Then he took the time to figure out fabrics for us. All the while, my two young boys were also catered upon. I could no have had better service. The guarantees are wonderful and cost is reasonable if you want GREAT QUALITY furniture. I WILL RETURN here for future needs!
