  • This is the closest T-Mobile store to my house. I've been going here for about three years now. I've had repeated times when I get wrong information, account changes not done properly, payments that disappear, staff that cannot solve problems, etc. I like T-mobile, it's the most affordable carrier in the USA but this store sucks. They did it to me again with a payment on my sons account, I had to go back the next day to get a transaction re-done correctly due to staff mistakes. I would suggest going instead to the store on Greenfield, just south of hwy 60 on the east side of the road, across from walmart, near the gym place. They are twice as fast and never make any mistakes for me. On a positive note the submarine sandwich shop next door is great, otherwise I'd pick another T-mobile store.
