  • I came in for a fill on my acrylic nails...I had 2 broken nails which they charge to repair, okay whatever. They then decided to try to charge me for my coffin shaped nails... keep in mind they were already shaped prior from the other salon I went to 2 weeks ago. They shouldn't be charging me for nails that were already shaped when I walked in the door. On my previous set, I had a purple chrome color..which they charged about $10 at my other salon..the total over there for a brand new set and chrome color was $45 I wanted to do a chrome color again...the guy then told me the price for everything...repaired nails, the coffin shape and the color would be $45! I looked him straight in the eye and said for a fill you charge the same price as a brand new full set?? He then began to knock down the price. I was outraged. My fills usually cost $20-25. It was ridiculous. I honestly felt cheated at the end because my nails turned out so clumpy and lumpy looking. He did not file them well at all and they were not smooth or dainty looking. Poor service and way too expensive for the end result.
