Carl and friends, where have you been in all my driving life? I called last minute to get an oil change and the voice that answered the phone was uncommonly friendly for a car shop. I actually thought that I dialed a wrong number. So, I got there and I see smiles, the kind that make you wanna smile back. Then I refreshingly heard genuine courtesy and honesty cause I already knew what what was wrong with the car. I wanted to hear what they were going to try and "sell" but it was nothing but the truth! No hoopla, extra stuff or fear! Then I mentioned how my car had also started singing a strange song every time I hit the brake. And Carl said he'll examine it and let me know how they can fix it. When he came back, I knew I was gonna go "nuts" and had to "bolt" out of there (pun intended). Luckily, they have a shuttle service. They took me home and picked me up to get the car. What?! These guys were nice because they are just being decent people. It's the "I want your money " kind of nice. Did I mention that their spot is spotless? Pretty clean for a mechanic shop. Now I know where I can take my car whenever it starts to sing!
