  • I will preface this by saying Evan Sage is a friend of mine, albeit a friend who also handles every single real estate need I have that pops up. Evan in just this past year has: 1) Personally found my wife and I a sweet deal on an awesome preconstruction condo. He got us a free parking space as well as a great price. 2) Introduced us to an agent who got us our lease on a commercial space on College St. There were a few interested parties and he made sure we got the lease. 3) Sold my mom's condo for a lot of money -- in 2 days. As demonstrated above, he is a very effective and efficient operator. He is the VP of a large and busy company but still takes time with every client. He's honest and extremely knowledgeable, and, best of all, he never fans the flames of this crazy market. He's reasonable, sober minded and conservative, and never ever speculates, preferring to talk abut real things, not hypotheticals. He even bought me hot dogs once. They were delicious.
