  • My first time hiring any type of cleaning service and I cannot even begin to express how thrilled I am with the results. Yolie is an exceptional communicator and made sure everything was squared away before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we did a quick walkthrough of what I needed and what I didn't need done (I had a deep clean) before Yolie, Manny, and another staff member began tidying up my cluttered home. My house was a literal mess and I had not been able to clean it properly for months. As a pregnant woman, I really appreciated that she used organic products. She and her staff were thorough and left no spot untouched. I feel like I have a brand new home! Thank you so much for your hard work and I will be using Neat Freaks for my monthly service.
