  • I do not live here, but I visit my partner often and stay here a lot. There is rarely enough hot water to take a proper shower. Infestation is always a problem at most points during the year. The new makeover is SO tacky. The security staff, while there are absolutely some kind ones who are super sociable, have always been INCREDIBLY rude, not to mention their frequent racial profiling and harassment (mostly of black men). The office is NEVER responsive to requests, comments, or complaints about building upkeep. The fire escape has been CHAINED SHUT before (thank god there wasn't a fire that day). And I bet they're trying to raise their already high rates because of the remodeling they're doing. A turd is a turd, no matter how hard you polish it.
