  • I miss Dr. Gerry Olynik - he was kind and truly passionate about caring for animals. Since he left, I don't think I can recommend this clinic to anyone. I have a very sensitive little dog who, in the past year has had three instances of being sick. Of course, in the case of emergency, I hope that her resident clinic would make a little effort to shift appointments to see her. But no, they are too cool to do that. They are also too cool to give a soon enough appointment to see why my dog hasn't eaten for 2 days. Their reply has always been a cold - take her to the hospital. If I have to take her to the hospital every time she shows a sign of being sick, what is the point of going to this clinic? I think for her annual check up, I'll take her to the hospital as well. I can understand if they may be busy, but they are indifferent to the point of being cold. And the receptionist has been rude too - cherry on cake!
