  • I bought my car here and the case buying experience was less than stellar but I dealt with it. 4 months later I brought car in too fix a headlight problem and get my oil changed. I set an appointment for 10. They told me they were busy and it will be An hour or so. I said i have An appointment. They basically told need that didn't matter. Apparently the appointment is meaningless. Two hours later they called me up and said they had changed my oil. I asked about the headlight issue. They hadn't even looked at it. I told them that was the main reason i was here. I'm not sure what They were doing for 2 hours. We walked out to the car and he said the headlight isn't working. I said no kidding. They said they could change the lightbulb (which I don't think that is the problem) but that it would take another couple hours. I left. Add this to the endless volumes of reasons why you never take your car to a dealership.
