  • Who hasn't loved recess since they were little? Now you can have recess any day anytime!. Wooohooo! Anyways, I love Italian ice with custard, and I get really excited whenever these stores pop up! Having lived in Socal, I've been to Frostbites, Joe's, and Rita's. I've also had the Rita's here in Vegas, but they don't have as many flavors as Recess does. I got to meet the owner, Hung, and he's super chill. I got to try almost all their flavors, and they were all so good! My favorites were the horchata, blue raspberry, mango, and passionfruit. The vanilla custard was also really good, smooth and creamy. Will definitely be back!
