  • Very disappointed in this place, I brought my truck in to get a simple tire rotation, and was told to give them about an hour and I would be back on the road. I sat here for an hour and a half, and watched countless customers come in for tire repairs and purchases, and they were taken care of quickly. So is this how this place works? Take care of the paying customers and all other (loyal) customers must wait. Humm, I wonder if I had to them that I was thinking of buying a new tire or set of tires, maybe I would have been in and out just like everyone else. This is not the first time a discount tire shop has done this to me. Maybe it's time for me to take all my other vehicles somewhere else, where the loyal or returning customers get taken care of just as if they are first time buyers. Not good for business.
