  • This review is a bit delayed as I visited in January 2013. We took a cab here from the strip, which wasn't a very long drive at all. When we pulled up, it looked a little shady. But some of the best places are holes in the wall, though, right? When we went inside, it was nice and clean. White table clothes on the tables and we were seated immediately by a nice man who turned out to be the owner. The menu has plenty of selection and it was hard just settling on one thing for myself. I had two other people with me and we ordered the garlic naan, chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala, and lamb curry. I also wanted shrimp curry, but I thought it best to not let my eyes exceed my stomach. Our food arrived quick enough and the portions were huge. We all shared what everyone ordered, as that is how it arrives...typical of Indian cuisine establishments that I've been to. The garlic naan was excellent and so was everything else. We ordered the mild spice level on everything, mostly because of my wife. I could have handled it a bit hotter, but I'm okay with mild. Everything was excellent. The chicken tikka masala was the biggest winner of the night and the best I've had anywhere. It was seasoned perfectly. The biryani was amazing, too, and I've only had better in one other place (Amber India in San Francisco). When we were all stuffed, we still had leftovers. Our drinks were always kept full and the staff and owner were very nice. The owner offered us dessert but we were simply too full to eat any more. He insisted and gave us some besan ladoo (I think that's what it's called) on the house! They were very good. We were impressed and appreciated the gratitude he showed us. I'm in Vegas about twice a year or so and this will DEFINITELY be a place I come back to every time I'm in town.
