  • Seemingly constant increases in rent. You get a 30day notice in the mail and you are expected to pay. I guess they don't expect you to shop around and move your stuff. They seem to take too many customer liberties. I've had it and moving on down the street where it's less $ too! I've had two rent increases in the last year! $30 more/month. It's clean and secure but what storage facility isn't these days!? Way too expensive after constant increases.
