rev:text	When we went in for the consultation Dr. Rollins gave us our options and I decided to do two phases of treatment instead of waiting until my daughter was in junior high. She got her braces installed on Wednesday afternoon and just before she went to sleep that night, a couple of her brackets came off. I was shocked and worried so I took her first thing the next morning to see what was going on. They saw her immediately and replaced her brackets. We were out of there just in time for her to be on time to school. I understand that mistakes happen and I was very pleased with how they handled the situation, fixing it right away.
