  • We came in a couple of months ago to purchase a car but decided to go somewhere else. Our sales person was ok but we couldn't get a good deal on anything (We were told we could only get a leased car and only at 25% APR) so we left a little bummed. Well we ended up buying a Civic from another dealer and it needed to be serviced. We brought it here today, before reading the reviews. We just needed an oil change and drove into the "no appointment" line where someone waved us in and a tech asked us what we needed. He was very nice and told us to give them an hour. It was a bit under an hour and our car was amazingly washed when we picked up. We did get a call after and were told we needed to get a recall on the car checked. I made an appointment but now I am very worried about bringing it in due to all of the negative reviews I've seen here, that seemed to start out the same way our visit did...
