  • We hired this company to move us from Flagstaff to Phoenix. They did not adequately determine the moving van they needed and they were unable to complete the job on the day they agreed to. We had to make a 2nd trip back to wait for a 2nd truck to come in. The 2nd truck had no packing supplies so had to use what little was left from the first crew. As a result a number of our items were not packed well and broke enroute. Our move was May 30th: have been fighting with management for over 6 weeks to address our issues: One of our glass shelves to our china cabinet disapperead. It was after calling every day and disputing the charge on our CC before we got that replaced. The employees are very kind and helpful; it's not them that is the issue. It's the managers of the location. Once they have your money the customer service ends. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and are awaiting a result. So far Ron has done nothing but blamed my husband and I for being unreasonable. Any and all attempts at resolution have been initiated by us with the last one being we would continue to call Celeste until she got back to us about our missing glass. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's a pity because they truly have great employess.
