  • I have a 3 year old son who smashed his iPad mini (despite baby bumper) and I found a business that fixed it-also charged me extra for a new "home" button. Well same little son took my iPad and smashed it on the tile floor. I need it to work from!!! I called another business with good ratings as I recalled seeing one with AMAZING ratings, and called-they didn't sound the same as what I read about. I looked again and found this business-Fix It Up and I called Mike. I rushed out and explained all. He is very honest, told me that the home button comes with replacement screens (and showed me) and he offered to drop my iPad off since I live in SW LV. I also asked him about tempered glass protectors and he sold them but I was honest and said I can get them free on Amazon because I use credit card points, instead of getting annoyed he actually told me to come back and he would put them on as he did it extremely well. This is what makes someone or a business worth telling others about!!! He is very honest.
