  • Tried for zero stars but that's not allowed. Really wanted to try this place out. But no on-line reservation system -- and after several tries to get through by phone (lots of unanswered ringing, during business hours), learned they do not take reservations. Explanation unclear, something about the restaurant being "so big" that it wouldn't work. Was told that arriving at 6:00 "you'll be fine." Pressed a bit, she amended that to, "You shouldn't have to wait more than 30 minutes." Hmm. When you have 8:00 performance tickets, that doesn't work. Restaurants -- even hip ones that have created an "excited buzz" around themselves -- need to be more considerate of customers' needs and schedules. And so we'll be spending our money elsewhere.
