  • Picture it; Friday morning 8 AM, bags are packed for 4 PM flight. Boyfriend is out of town. Pet sitter has the spare key. Bags are packed inside the house, and I attempt to leave for a hectic half-day at work. Then my adorable hello Kitty key breaks off in the lock as I secure my front door. I scramble texting friends and try breaking in through the back but nothing works. Thankfully yelp led me to these guys. Jeff answered and was helpful, friendly, and resourceful. Within 15 minutes I had help. I had a new key and a lock that functions better than it had before, and I still made it to work by 9 am. And, while I owe them much, the price was so so reasonable. These guys are so amazing, I wanna break keys off in all my friends' locks so they call and give them business.
