The best thing I can say about this location is that it isn't a typical Marc's. Yes, it's still bargain basement and hard to navigate and the lines are slow and the service not exactly the gold standard - but it's clean and the food seems a little more fresh than what I've typically found at other locations in the chain.
One nice feature of this location is that they have a Corbo's bakery located inside the store. I've never been to the actual Corbo's, so I can't compare the quality of the bakery at this Marc's to the orginal's, but the offerings are plentiful and have never disappointed.
Other than that, what you'd find is what you'd expect at any Marc's - but, again, in a more clean and well-maintained store.
I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to drive to this location over any other Marc's, but if you're nearby or equidistant from another location, this place is a bit better than the others.
