  • Very unhappy with this business since all it does is refer you to an independent contractor who is not responsive to this referral agency. In addition they charge $60 for each appliance that needs service even though the technician goes to your place in the same call. The technician I was referred to has a very poor BBB rating. Nonetheless, I was referred to this person who charged me $450 in addition to the $120 for the two appliances needing repair. From my understanding, The electric dryer spun but did not heat. The refrigerator needed a drain kit since the water from the freezer was backing up. Have not gotten any satisfaction from this business despite numerous phone calls and promises to have the technician send his invoice. Do not consider using this business.
