rev:text	I wish I could give zero stars. I came in the night before to get a large sign laminated. After paying for it, cashier tells me that they need to reload the laminator, and they will have my sign ready tomorrow at 10 am. She takes my phone number and I leave, come back at 10:15 next day and it's not ready. The person helping me, Courtney, says the laminator needs to be cleaned and it will take 20 minutes. Fine, I'll wait. She starts cleaning it, and then stops in the middle to help other people. After 15 minutes of helping other people, I ask her why is she letting other people go before me, and she asks me if I could get it laminated at another Office Depot. I start getting mad and asking her again why she's letting other people in front of me, and another employee helps to clean out the laminator while "Courtney" helps other customers. I'm not angry that the laminator needed to be cleaned, or that I had to wait... What really pisses me off is how the girl helping me would unapologetically stop helping me to help other people who came after me, thus, making me wait longer. Right now it's noon and I've been here for about two hours, all for a lamination job. What's the point of taking my phone number if you're not going to contact me when there's a problem? Oh, and after two hours of waiting, she finally gets it laminated and just slams it onto the counter and says "there you go" and walks off. To the employees of Office Depot: when I die, please come to my funeral, so that you could let me down one last time. drops mic
