  • I went here to get my labret pierced two weeks ago. The staff was friendly. So the guy there had to be called in to do my lip. A fee days later I noticed the back pate was digging into my lip and the swelling hadn't gone down. So I called and asked for him to call me back. He never did. A few days later I called back to see what I should do because the back plate was embedded into my lip. They said they would call and see if he could come in. While on hold the girl didn't mute me. I heard her say something to the effect of "she called earlier this week and he said if there is a problem Idon't want to talk to her." I ended up going to the mall and buying the longest labret bar they hadand changed it myself. The sweeping finally went down and it ended up to be seriously crooked. To the point where it was digging into my gums. I was advised to take it out and get it redone by another artist. I well not go back and I week not refer anyone to them.
