  • Wait time was way more than expected, 38 minutes for a waffle is insane. When my partner and I finally got our waffles, they were cold and hard. My partner requested no whip cream due to her being lactose intolerant. Watching you guys scrape the whip cream off is lazy and unprofessional. There's still traces of whip cream on there... Customer service wasn't very friendly. We found Tiabi through Yelp based on their reviews and the overall experience was NOT up to par. It was very disappointing. Environment was overwhelming crowded. The layout is a bit compact and not ideal for a large group of people. We had to sit at a dirty table until 2 mins before we received our food. It was disgusting. Our drinks (teas) were also not given to us until 2 mins before our food arrived. Water wasn't even offered. Don't get me wrong, we weren't expecting Ritz Carlton service BUT the basics of dining at a cafe. We might try it again when it's less busy, but I would give our overall experience 1 out of 5 stars.
