  • Just called their place right now, and was greeted on the phone with a quiet "hello?". Not sure if I called a wrong number, I had to ask if I was calling Perfect Threading, and the woman on the phone said yes. I asked her a few questions on eyebrows and henna, cost, etc, and as soon as I said the word "okay" she assumed that was the end of the conversation and quickly hung up on me. Furious, I called back and was greeted with the same rude "hello". "So do you greet the customer properly or do you answer the phone as if it was your own cellphone? And you just hung up on me as well." I said. She remained monotone and answered the rest of my questions. Just by seeing how much they "care" about their customers on the phone and how they dont know how to properly run a business, I won't even waste my time on this place.
