rev:text	I'm amazed this this place doesn't have a higher rating on Yelp. I've been here a few times now, and it's been fantastic every time. Today I went in with my mom who is a really picky eater (sorry Mom!), so she usually asks for modifications to her order. She's not from Wisconsin, and she gets pretty excited about cheese curds when she comes out here (who doesn't, right?). When we went in today, we saw that their cheese curds are not on their brunch menu! We asked our server, and she said it wouldn't be a problem to make them for us. We had curds in less than 5 minutes! I ordered the corned beef hash and it was absolutely delicious. I was a little afraid of the horseradish sauce, but it was perfect, and not over the top at all. I always get my eggs cooked over medium, but 90% of the time restaurants still only cook them over easy. Brocach actually cooked them over medium! My mom ordered the French toast sans walnuts, and it was great. Both of our portions were huge, and we ended up with boxes to bring home. They have a great draft beer list, and I love the décor/ambiance in here. Our service was perfect as well. There is not one thing that could have been better! The same is true of my previous visits. Even the food on the menu that I wouldn't order myself has been great (bangers and mash, shepherd's pie). I'm a big fan of this place.
