  • We went here at 16 and found the best tree there and service was amazing! So we came back this year and experience was a bit different. Still great selection and people there are super friendly. When we picked a tree they didn't do a great job cutting it like normal or netting it like the did last year. Spent over 2 hours at home trying to get the tree to stand with the awful trunk base but couldn't for the life of me. Was honestly extremely upset! BUT I called them back the next day explaining what happened. Mike was extremely nice and apologized and made it right. We brought the tree back. He netted it for us and gave us one of their good stand and nailed it to the stand for us. Things happens which I get all you can ask if they fix it and are polite about it. And they were awesome fixing their mistake. Will definitely be back next year.
