Our family who lives in Gilbert loves this place and were anxious for us to try it. We arrived at 3pm on Sunday and the line was out the door. It took about 30 minutes to get to the window to order. That gave us lots of time to keep changing our mind on what to order. One couple split the Ahi sandwich with onions rings and beet salad and loved it (their "go to" on the menu). One couple split the Thai salad and said it was ok...a little spicy for them. We ordered the pull pork sandwich with onion rings and the burger with sautéed onions and added sautéed mushrooms. The pulled pork was a little dry. You have to add bottled bbq sauce after it arrives at the table. We prefer pulled pork sandwiches that have the bbq sauce tossed in with the pork and Cole slaw added. The onion rings were quite good. The burger was really good, but the fries were not very hot or crispy. I love fries but they have to be hot and crispy. They were disappointing, but it saved me calories.
The food came out of the kitchen pretty quickly and the staff was super friendly. We loved all of the picnic benches outside as we had wonderful weather. It was nice and relaxing. We would come here again to try other items.
