  • We spent the weekend to celebrate my wife and a friends birthday. The stay was fine but we made a reservation for the spa at the resort and there is where it went downhill. The reservation was made for four people but we informed the hostess that one person was not a sure thing. We were advised to make the reservation anyways but never told any of the rules or anything else. We got the the appointment a few minutes late and they tried to give us a 10 minute massage but charge for the full 50 minutes. Moreover, the person we informed was not a sure thing did not want to go but when we got there they told us that " because we did not cancel the appointment within the four hour window, we were going to be charged anyways". Tried to argue all the miss treatments but the were dead set on charging us even though they never explained anything to begin with and insisted on making a reservation for a person who we told them was not a sure thing!! Long story short, I do not recommend the spa, but the hotel is fine.
