  • I was ripped off royally! I used a 20% off coupon for to purchase two sheds and they were out of stock ..they normally carry this product but ran out. They placed an order and I picked up both sheds. When I got home to assemble I discovered these had HORRIBLE directions (Suncast Shed from China)..I had to hire a handyman for $55/hour to assemble and almost 3 hours later he was done. I tried to return the remaining unopened shed and they refused as they said this was a 'special order' and they have too many in stock, they refused to do anything for me --not even a store credit! The manager was rude, condescending and had horrendous people skills. I am now out $260 plus will have to have this built that will cost me well over $100! I have been a long term customer here and have spent thousands over the years on all sorts of seasonal, holiday and other merchandise, I will return to this rip off store EVER!! Artie or whoever owns this store, shame on YOU, your BS policies and your untrained employees.
