  • Found that the cleaning wipes were often out so you couldn't wipe down equipment after using it and there were never any fresh towels on the shelf. Also, no one ever returns your call when you leave a message at the office so you usually have leave more than one. Over all, it's a reasonable gym with good equipment but a few simple changes and being more responsive to customers would make it better.
