  • Took my car in for a standard oil change. All seemed well until later that day my car started making a loud noise while driving. I pull over and take a look under my car only to see my skid plate was completely dragging on the ground and was now mangled! I immediately called and complained saying this needed to be fixed and was told that they would call me back.... 3 days later still no call! I finally get a hold of the owner and he says that I need to somehow get my car back to his shop. THE CAR IS NOT DRIVABLE! He refuses to pay the towing and offers the option of removing the skid plate because "it's not that important". It's so unimportant that every car has it! He then tries to make a claim that it was previously damaged, which it was... because a year ago the same thing happened with them! I tried to give them another chance to do right but this place is terrible!
