  • I am a diamond Hilton member and usually find the chain quite welcoming and cozy. This is reasonable hotel property close to 90, businesses and Crocker shopping. Stayed here 5 nights in Jan 2016. Nice pool and hot tub area with exercise room nearby. Elevators rickety and the one by the exercise room has a strong organic smell. It also is very SLOW. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Twice they neglected to restock the coffee and left the previous day's used pads in the coffee maker. I must have dropped a cashew on Monday evening. On Wednesday I found it next to the couch. So much for vacuuming. One day the couch pillows were on the arm chair. Bizarre. The front office staff apologized but the housekeeping issues continued throughout the week. The exhaust fan in the bathroom has a grate that is thick with interwoven hair and dust. Barf! We had 2 snow occurrences that week. The parking lot was not plowed adequately, and a gentleman had fallen next to the side entrance. Another gentleman and I helped him to his feet. Free breakfast offered. A reception for HHonors members occurred one night but did not get invited or notified. Not sure I will return. Too many other competing choices nearby... Big disappointment.
