  • My name is Catrena and my 3 year wedding anniversary was today 07/28/2014 my husband Jason Mundee cell number thought it would be nice to surprise me with flowers from your shop and send them to my place of employment . I receive a call from Loral @ 1:14pm on my cell phone left a messegestating she has a delivery for me and needs to know what the suite number is and if it's a place of business. I was shocked at the fact that your company called me of all people so my surprised was ruined. I was able to call back @ 1:59pm due to the fact I was at work and when I called the person asked me who the person was to receive the delivery and I said me I'm the wife I was supossed to be a surprise.I had to tell the representative for times what the address was because he just was not getting it. I called again about 4:19pm because I haven't received my surprise delivery and the answering service said they will send a message to the flower shop. 10 minutes later I received my flowers and extremely disappointed because I wasn't surprised my reaction was "oh thank you" to the delivery driver. when I finally looked at the "card" they sent with it my last name was spelled wrong and they managed to spell anniversary wrong I had a horrible experience and my husband is extremely disappointed and for the $60 he spent the bouquet wasn't very pretty or romantic and for that amount of money there should've more flowers in that vase. I called again at 8:00pm 07/28/2014 and of course got your customer service answering service that sounds like they are reading from a que card with no sympathy or empathy with a monotone voice, i voiced my disappointment and all the rep could say in a robot like tone was "I'm sorry that the surprise was ruined I can send a messege to the shop and you may get a call back. Your quote online is this "Nothing says love and romance like surprising your loved one with a stunning bouquet on your special day! Catherine's Floral delivers to Queen Creek, AZ and nationwide, for a real surprise they won't soon forget! " you're right but I didn't get my surprise, the bouquet looked unattractive and I won't forget it. Please explain to me how you are willing to fix this matter?
