| - I love this store because the location is convenient. Plus the selection is amazing as I've bought several grinders, bongs, and vaporizers over the years.
However, the customer service has always been a gamble. Either someone helps me fairly quickly or I am stuck playing the waiting game.
When I bought vaporizers, I had at least one person help me and take the time to discuss my options. After mentioning I was a medical user, they were very sympathetic and understanding.
But the waiting game sucks. I hate coming in and not even be acknowledged. It gets frustrating as I stand in front of the counter, looking around for someone while tapping my fingers on the glass furiously.
I know what I want to purchase, but the clerk behind is me is chatting it up with other people. He continues to ignore me as I grow more and more anxious.
Finally I interrupt their conversation, sternly yet politely explaining how I suffer from chronic pain and cannot handle standing for long periods of time.
The long haired hipster with the mustache gave me the excuse that they were busy. Well apparently he wasn't too busy to chat with those customers, or his friends for all I know.
Once again, I explained that I just wanted a grinder and asked if he could please get it for me so I can pay for it and go home. He complied but was very frosty towards me.
I took the high road out and apologized for my actions, but explained that my body feels like it's being stabbed with knives so I needed to get out of there ASAP.
He did not say a word, or even make eye contact with me at this point. I was bewildered and insulted when he should have been apologizing to me.
You need to educate your employees that not all people use marijuana for recreational purposes. Because I do not appreciate being treated like crap for having a disability in which I have no control over.
I'll continue to shop at your store, but I will not hesitate to call out your employees for mediocre customer service.
Happy New Year!
