  • We had a terrible first haircut experience at a local barbershop, and even though my 2-year-old still had some tears at Snip-its, the stylist was totally calm and did a great job. She was friendly and interacted with my son with empathy. Plus there are plenty of distractions for little ones and he even got a sucker and a cool prize at the end. He talked about his "cool haircut" all weekend. We will definitely be back!
