  • Very angry and disappointed with Pioneer. After much wrangling with HOA, selected rock color by viewing samples online AND visiting the location in person to select. Color was Sante Fe Brown. 10 tons of gray rock was dumped in my driveway - looking nothing at all like their sample. Was assured that after the dust was cleared it would look like the sample - no. Virtually NO brown rock among all the gray. It's a hideous color that looks awful. Their disclaimer is that "variation in color" is not their responsibility. After spending thousands to re-landscape my home, I am facing HOA fines. It looks horrible. Is an eyesore. Thanks a lot, Pioneer.
