  • We were judged instantly when we met the sales representative. Asked if they had a kids section for lamps and sales rep quickly replied, "No, sorry not here." Showed us a few kids lamps but all girls colors and we were looking for a boy. We looked around a little and sales rep asked us if we had found anything yet. Told him no but what we were looking for, (he never even asked and didn't seem to acknowledge when we told him). Wasn't inclined to help!!! Found a few things we were interested in after. Tried to walk back to the front to inquire about three different items... about 5 different employees looked at us but not one came over and 3 of them walked away. Only one employee was helping someone else. Decided to leave because of poor customer service. If you want to be helped here better dress like you have money... not summer casual dress. Very disappointed, especially for being Memorial weekend or some of their busiest days.
