  • I had a great expereience at Yates GMC Buick yesterday!! I went to look at selling my vehicle knowing I wanted a Ford. They had a great truck on the lot, but my Salesman Dylan was patient, thorough and not pushy. I never once felt pressured to actually purchase anything. He explained how the dealership works and I felt I understood the difference between this dealership compared to others in the area. My experience was very stress free. As the deal was being taken care of they made me feel comfortable - they gave me a charger for my dying phone and everyone was very friendly while I waited to move onto the finance department. Once I got into the financial office Anthony was very nice. He was polite and thanked me for filing out my own paperwork to purchase the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the warranties and let me know anything I did NOT NEED. I really appreciated the honesty. I was not pressured to purchase anything additional, was simply given recommendation for my vehicle in specific. The warranty offers were great and you can tell after you purchase the vehicle you will be well taken care of moving forward. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
